"First thing in 20 years I've actually stuck with."
I have started and quit more programs than I can count — gym contracts, a treadmill that became a coat rack, two different apps. The thing that always killed it was friction: getting there, setting up, finding the time. This removed all of that. It's ten honest minutes, it's already in the room, and the resistance climbs as I get stronger so I never plateau into boredom. Six weeks of not missing a day. I'm down a notch on the belt and up a size in the sleeves, and for the first time in a long time I actually believe I'll keep going.
