Refund policy
You have 90 days from delivery to request a return if you’re not completely satisfied. To be eligible, items must be:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
A copy of your order confirmation or invoice must accompany the return.
Important notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returns sent to intermediary shipping facilities (not our authorized warehouses) are not eligible for refunds
- Opened supplements cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene regulations
To begin a return, contact us at hello@mymus.co. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Do not send returns without approval — they will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Modifications
You may cancel or change your order (including size, personalization, or shipping address) within 1 hour of placing it.
Email hello@mymus.co immediately to submit your request.
Orders cannot be guaranteed changed or canceled after this 1-hour window due to our rapid fulfillment process.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Inspect your package upon arrival.
If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us at hello@mymus.co within 48 hours of delivery.
Late claims (after 48 hours) may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty on arrival:
- Opened supplement jars or capsules
- Used CoreFlex trainers
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Final sale items
Exchanges
To swap an item for a different style or size, please return your original purchase following the above process, then place a new order.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return items—for any reason—within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take additional days to appear in your account.
